INFORMATION WE COLLECT - Account information: name, email address, and profile photo provided by Google or Apple Sign-In. - Skip data: item names, amounts, categories, notes, and timestamps that you enter. - App preferences: theme mode and fund selection stored locally on your device. 2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION We use your information solely to operate the App: - To display your skip history and investment projections. - To sync your data across your devices. - To generate optional AI-powered messages (see Section 4). We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties. 3. DATA STORAGE Your data is stored securely using Supabase (supabase.com), a US-based cloud database provider with row-level security. Only you can access your own data. 4. AI PROCESSING Some features send limited data to Anthropic (anthropic.com), a US-based AI provider, to generate content on your behalf: - Skip entry parsing: the free-form text you type when adding a skip. - Encouragement messages and weekly summaries: skip names, amounts, and aggregate statistics (such as totals and counts). This data is used only to generate the response returned to you. Per Anthropic's API terms, API data is not used to train their models. We never send your name, email, or account identifiers to Anthropic. 5. INVESTMENT PROJECTIONS DISCLAIMER Projected investment returns shown in the App are hypothetical estimates based on historical index fund performance. They are not predictions of future returns. BuyMeNot does not manage or invest any money on your behalf. 6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account, or by contacting [email protected]. 7. YOUR RIGHTS Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights in-app (Settings) or by contacting [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights. 8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it. 9.
